I was nervous about taking your Property Management class, especially after I heard it was more of an introductory course. It turns out that your instructor was very knowledgeable and kept it light but informative even though it was a lot of hours in a short time. And yes, we asked him everything under the sun. When I first hired Shelly she expressed an interest in someday becoming a REALTOR®. Texas REALTORS® University made it both easy for her to work towards that goal by offering licensing classes in our area that were held during a short time frame. The affordability of the classes made it easy for me to provide financial assistance so she could meet her goals. She now has completed all of the classes necessary to take the real estate agent exam and looks forward to becoming a Texas REALTOR®. I loved my instructor! She made the class interesting, which helped my understanding of the material. She never hesitated when asked a question and had great examples on how to handle different situations. I will look for her in upcoming classes!
Overall I have been pleased with all five classes I've taken. I have researched a number of different programs in town and until this program/set up became available I didn't see becoming a REALTOR® a reasonable goal for me. I'm so thankful to have participated in smaller classes with very experienced brokers as instructors ... it was exactly what I needed. I now feel prepared for the real estate licensing test as well as the career.
