Texas REALTORS® are better

Getting your real estate license does not make you a Texas REALTOR®. Only licensed real estate agents who join a REALTOR® association in Texas have the right to call themselves Texas REALTORS®. You can then display the REALTOR® name and logo on your business card, Web site, and other materials.

Texas REALTORS® hold themselves to a higher standard. They pledge to uphold a professional Code of Ethics that goes beyond what is required of real estate agents who are not REALTORS®. Texas REALTORS® promise fair and honest treatment of consumers in real estate transactions.
